Frequently Asked Questions

Does Cloocroo plan events?
Yes we do!  We have the specialized Scavenger Hunt Cloocroo that can be personalized to any city in the world with a walkable urban game area. Or we can host competitive tournaments in ideal locations with referees and organization with creative detail that your friends or colleagues will love. These games could be Cornhole, Jenga, Trivia, Foosball, and so much more!  Contact us on quotes.

Is Cloocroo a Scavenger Hunt?
Yes and No. Inspired by that concept, we have created something completely original that is much more creative!

Why play Cloocroo?
There is nothing like it anywhere, and the formula has proven to be an insane amount of fun for team building, private parties, or to fundraise a cause.

What are the Cloocroo guidelines for different age groups?
If your group wants to involve bars then everyone must be over 21 in the USA, or abide by drinking laws in other countries.
Families and friends may play and all the stops or Cloocroo activities/ games will be in age appropriate areas. 12 years old and above is definitely ideal.

How many on a team?
For the Scavenger Hunt Cloocroo there are anywhere from 5 to 8 people to a team. The Cloocroo Event Competitions maybe 3 to 6 people to a team. These numbers may be adjusted and odd numbers don't matter. There could be a team of 3 vs a team of 4 and we are still good to go!

Where can Cloocroo be played?
Our Cloocroo for private parties, team building, and fundraisers are not set up permanently anywhere to play. We customize it for every client wherever they would like to host it. That could be Raleigh, NC where we are headquartered, Historic District in Charleston, Gaslamp District in San Diego, Whitefish, Montana, Rainey Street in Austin, or Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa... we can organize it anywhere in the world!

Where can the Cloocroo Event Competitions be played?
We are flexible and can apply our games to the right space logistically. The ideal set up might be your backyard, a park, a hotel space with a view of the ocean, a dive bar, a private venue, or anywhere you would like. We have a bunch of experience so we can work with you!

Do we have to have a Cloocroo Referee?
Yes! The Referees are a Cloocroo detail that we are extremely proud of. They not only keep score and keep the games moving along at the pace that is planned or desired, but they are knowledgable about the culture and town that the games are played in! The Referees will maintain order and stimulate the competition and revelry among all teams.

Is there any objective to drink in a Cloocroo?
No - there is nothing in the game of Cloocroo that requires you to drink. It is important to know that drinking any alcohol is entirely up to the individual, and liability will be signed in advance of an event. Cloocroo may offer drink or food specials at designated bars or restaurants depending on the game designed to be played.

Where do we sign up and how much does it cost?
Contact us about rates and how we can accommodate your Team Building, Private Party, Fundraiser, or Cloocroo Event Competition.
